Privacy policy
Last updated 1 November 2026. Short version: no account, no profile, no data sold.
What we store
CostZora has no user accounts. Calculator values stay in your browser: they are never sent to our server unless you submit a quote request.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, date, user agent) for security and traffic measurement. These logs are rotated on a fixed schedule and never combined with other data.
If you send a quote request, we store your name, email address, ZIP code, project type, budget range, message and the date. We use it only to reply to that request. Requests are deleted once the conversation is closed, and you can ask for deletion at any time by writing to us through our contact form.
Cookies and advertising
The site is funded by advertising. When advertising is enabled, the ad script loads only after you accept it in the consent banner; if you decline, no advertising cookie is set and no advertising script runs.
Advertising partners may use cookies to measure and personalise ads. Blocking those cookies does not change any estimate or calculator result on this site.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Write to us through our contact form and we will answer within 30 days.
